Attoney Soto served as the former Tenant Advocate of Union City, NJ. As Tenant advocate he served the tenants of Union City in the Superior Court of Hudson County,Special Civil Part Landlord Tenant Division daily. Mr. Soto handled over 1,000 cases both in and out of court setting most matters in favor of the Tenants / clients that he represented. Most cases were settled where the tenant avoided eviction. However, in cases where the tenant wanted to leave the apartment but needed more time before vacating the premises.  Mr. Soto worked hard to obtain such results for the client.
